Our housing solution consists of a 180 square meters villa, which is built on a property with 500 square meters of garden with tropical plants. Inside we have 3 spacious bedrooms,  2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen lounge, a private pool in volcanic stone. The large spaces on the veranda offer the possibility of living outdoors and in harmony with the surrounding environment, giving you pleasant nights under a starry sky.

The materials used for the construction are earthquake certified. The roof was made by local craftsmen, using natural materials found in the nature surrounding the island.

The solution is surrounded by 2 gardens with tropical plants, has air conditioning and generous outdoor spaces.

What else

Enjoying all this, according to the rules and agreements with the Indonesian government is possible, but since private ownership does not exist, you would be forced to open your own company with a minimum basic capital of 700,000 USD, to which are added the annual management costs, documentation and financial statements. Ocean Essence Villas offers you the possibility of accessing a 1%, as shareholder of our company, that will be included in the purchase price for 30 years in a lease hold land contract.

We will take care of the rest. What else is left to pay? No surprises: maintenance costs for security personnel, common gardens, private garden, infinity pool and common areas are divided annually among all owners.

The internal space, of about 110 square meters, offers an open space with an open kitchen and bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The solution is surrounded a little gardens with tropical plants, flowers  has air conditioning, small outdoor spaces and private pool.

The project will be completed at the end of June 2025.
