Pool Maintenance

We know that having a clean and available pool at all times is important. For this reason, our staff will take care of daily cleaning and maintenance of water quality by constantly monitoring chlorine and PH values. A qualified technician will check the correct functioning and maintenance status of the pump on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for replacing consumables and spare parts if necessary.

Common Spaces Care

Every day our staff will take care of common spaces  gardens and common areas and will ensure the constant cleaning. The maintenance service also includes small hydraulic repairs or on the existing structure that do not require the support of companies and specialyzed personnel.

Private Garden Maintenance

Our team have a pleasure to offer a private service concerning your private spaces and garden. The costs in accordance with the areas.

Spa

Inside Ocean Essence Villas, the new Id Zen SPA will be born with relaxation spaces dedicated to body care, facial treatments, body massages and therapeutic that will offer a professional service based on the experience of our therapists. All the owners of our Villas and their guests will enjoy a 15% discount.

Restaurant

At the entrance of the complex, our Yakaprì restaurant, managed with passion by creative staff and lovers of local and international traditions, offers the possibility of tasting typical Indonesian cuisine, enjoying good fresh fish cooked on the grill or a good pizza cooked in a wood oven. All the owners of our Villas and their guests will enjoy a 15% discount.
